Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Lion Path Consulting processes personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is Lion Path Consulting, Leonard Kemper, Zurich, Switzerland. Contact: Leonard.kemper@gmx.de.
2. Personal Data We Process
- Intake & contact data — name, organisation, email address and any information you provide via our intake form or by email.
- Booking data — information you provide when scheduling a call via our embedded calendar provider.
- Technical data — anonymised access logs (e.g. IP address, browser, timestamps) processed by our hosting provider for security and stability.
3. Purposes & Legal Basis
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, perform pre- contractual measures, deliver advisory mandates, meet legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
4. Sharing & Processors
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with carefully selected processors acting on our behalf — including our hosting provider, our form-submission service (Formspree) and our calendar provider (Calendly) — under appropriate data-processing terms. Some of these processors may process data outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, in which case we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for embedded third-party content (e.g. Calendly). No tracking or advertising cookies are set without your consent.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable Swiss law (including statutory retention obligations of up to 10 years for business records).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Under the revFADP you may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including TLS encryption in transit.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page.
